20min Pad Drills - Focusing on warming up and maintaining/ developing high percentage basics.

20min Technique - Focusing on Defense, Countering, and Timing Development.

20min Sparring/ Partner Drills - Isolating Specific scenarios with progressive resistance for better installation of new skills.
